Terms & Conditions — Wholesale Agreement

Wholesale Purchase Agreement
You agree to purchase wholesale products for the purpose of resale and treatment based services. We require that you do not provide our products, for resale or gift to anyone that is not a "The Wendy Way" approved wholesaler. Please understand that the responsible sale of "The Wendy Way" products is integral to protecting the brand's reputation and benefits those that are approved wholesalers. Violations will be handled by removing the Wholesaler's ability to continue to purchase wholesale products.

Selling Online
You are allowed to sell "Retail" products only online to your clients/customers, provided that you have a working relationship (providing ongoing care/support) with this client/customer and have provided a documented consult either in person or over video. Quiz or form style consults are not an approved method of consult. Resale of any Backbar items is not allowed per this agreement. These retail sales must be on your own website, store, form or the like — keeping it small business.

Selling on large commercial platforms such as Amazon, Faire, or the like is NOT permitted. Any account holder shown to be selling "The Wendy Way" skincare on these large platforms will be given 1 single warning. Should another occurrence happen, the account will be permanently frozen and the business will not be permitted to order again.

Continued Education
"The Wendy Way" skincare provides free product knowledge videos. It is expected that you watch and review these as needed to ensure you are up to date on the products and their usage. There are paid trainings above the basic knowledge level that provide certifications and additional support. You are welcome to always reach out to Wendy directly for any questions or clarifications on products, their use, or any other pertinent information.

Shipping & Processing
Orders are filled first come/first served. Products are filled and labeled on site — please allow 5 business days to process your order before it goes to the carrier. We do not require a minimum order, but do offer FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders of $375 or more. Below this threshold, shipping is $7 minimum or 15% of your order total — whichever is higher. As your order grows so does the shipping cost, until it becomes complimentary at $375. We are sharing the expense with you wherever we can.
